Creating a Culture of Vocations in Catholic Parishes and Education

St. Anthony of Pauda Vocation Committee exists to foster vocations to the priesthood and religious life, to guide and encourage our parish community in prayer, and also assist in giving information about vocations, support and encourage promising candidates, and re-direct them to our pastor or to our Diocese Office of Vocations.

Vocation Prayers

Loving and Generous God, It is you who call us by name and ask us to follow You.
Help us grow in the Love and Service of Our Church as we experience it today.
Give us the energy and courage of Your Spirit to shape its future.
Grant us faith-filled leaders who will embrace Christ's mission of love and justice.
Bless St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church by raising up dedicated and generous leaders from our families and friends who will serve Your people as Sisters, Priests, Brothers, Deacons, Lay Ministers, and those called to Single or Married Life.
Inspire us to know You better and open our hearts to hear Your Call.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen

Heavenly Father, Bless us with the grace of many vocations to the priesthood and the consecrated life for the Catholic Diocese of Dodge City.
Through the intercession of the Blessed Mother, grant to those You have called a willing and generous spirit.
May they devote their lives and their talents to serve You and Your Church.
Increase the faith of all within our diocese, and particularly the faith of those You have called to religious vocations.

We ask this through Christ, Your Son.
Amen
